Cultivating Co-Teacher Relationships

We are in a relational industry. We form relationships with students to learn about their interests and to earn their trust. We also form relationships with colleagues to co-teach multilingual learners. However, we must cultivate mutual trust and respect to ensure teacher collaboration goes well. Trust and respect are not given automatically; they are earned through time.
