Meet Tan Huynh.

Tan is a passionate educator, consultant, and author who loves helping multilingual learners thrive. With years of experience teaching students from 5th to 10th grade in a variety of school settings, he brings real-world, classroom-tested strategies that work.

He's the co-author of Long-Term Success for Experienced Multilinguals—a go-to guide for educators looking to support lasting language development. You’ll also find Tan sharing tips, stories, and practical strategies on his blog and podcast, where he connects with teachers who want to make a difference for their multilingual students.

Meet Beth Skelton.

Beth Skelton is a passionate language educator with over 30 years of experience supporting learners of all ages in all kinds of classroom settings. She’s dedicated to making multilingual education meaningful and empowering for both teachers and students.

Beth is the author of Putting It Together, which focuses on using the TPRS method to teach English learners, and the co-author of Long-Term Success for Experienced Multilinguals, a practical guide to helping students grow their language skills over time.

With a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Teacher Education and certifications in German and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education, Beth brings both expertise and heart to her work. She’s excited to be part of the English Learner Portal team and to continue sharing her love for language learning with educators everywhere.
